Bill Paris and his wife Carol have been serving in Japan as missionary pastors for over 30 years. As a boy from Texas, Bill loved nothing better than watching airplanes and constantly dreamed of flying, until God gave him a larger dream of sharing the gospel throughout America and then in Japan. The couple and their two small children first came to Hokkaido where they ministered for three years while studying Japanese language and culture. Then they pioneered a Japanese church in west Tokyo and later served as head pastors of ICA Tokyo, an international church in downtown Tokyo for 18 years. In 2021, they were appointed as lead pastors of Rock Point Church in Iwakuni.
